We are facing an unprecedented time in our country and our world. Dealing with COVID-19 is now our number one priority. We have implemented our Business Continuity plan with full confidence we can protect our staff and their families and continue to be fully accessible to you, our Customers.
Many of our employees and brokers are working from home as they all have the capabilities and the support of our sophisticated phone system and central server. All our offices are open, but with much fewer staff.
Beside the work from home, we have stepped up the cleaning of all our offices with hospital grade cleaners. In addition, we have a strict social distancing and a hand washing policy.
All staff that have returned from holidays from any country as of March 2, 2020 must stay home and self-quarantine for 14 days and seek approval from their manager before returning to the office.
