New Business (Toronto) Commercial Lines CSR


Primary responsibilities include

  • Providing our internal and external clients with prompt and professional services
  • Create and process The Agency Manager (TAM) and Policyworks submissions
  • Preparing proposals, binders, letters, certificates, and accurate processing of endorsements and invoicing
  • Handling activities and follow-ups in TAM
  • Review and check policies
  • Coordinate and maintain new business and processing spreadsheets
  • Handling routine inquiries and facilitate processing requests
  • Other projects as may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years Commercial Lines brokerage servicing experience
  • RIBO License required

Skills

  • Proficient with Word and Excel
  • Must have a good understanding of property, casualty and auto insurance products
  • Be a team player with sound work ethic
  • Detail oriented and a quick learner
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience with The Agency Manager (TAM) and Policyworks would be considered an asset
