Commercial Account Manager/Marketer – Kitchener

This individual’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Managing an assigned portfolio of commercial clients and marketing of selected accounts/opportunities
  • Analyzing client coverages, exposures and loss experience, to determine risk requirements
  • Managing/handling daily service requirements of clients and prospects
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of policy documentation/requests
  • Maintaining professional relationships with underwriters, co-workers and clients
  • Attending training and other business related courses



  • 5+ years experience servicing a Commercial Lines book in a client and/or producer facing capacity
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance market and products
  • RIBO licence, active and in good standing is required
  • Ontario drivers licence with own vehicle
  • Other industry designations such as CIP, CAIB etc. would be considered a definite asset



  • Excellent organizational, written & oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, PolicyWorks and The Agency Manager (TAM)
