In this role, you’ll be working with our producers to manage key client accounts, provide expert guidance on policy details, and build trusted client relationships. If you’re skilled in delivering exceptional client service in commercial lines, we’d love to have you join our team!

Qualifications:
- RIBO License (active and in good standing) is required
- Minimum of 5 years Commercial Lines brokerage servicing experience
- Handling mid-market to large commercial files
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), with strong expertise in Excel
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
- Must have a good understanding of commercial property, casualty, and auto insurance products
- Detail-oriented and a quick learner
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience with EPIC would be considered an asset
